Default Audiovox 5.5" screens in tC headrests- Pic

Put some Audiovox screens in the back. Only took about 6 hours EACH to do. With the AVIC flip out front.
Had to do something for the back. Since I won't enable the front screen while driving DVD playing. Everyone wants to ride in back

Oh yeah...movie is Fight Club....great flick

relax. 100% of all after market products are not necessary. But, for $120 and 2 days of my own labor.....I now have headrest monitors and IMO they look sweet. Oh and now everyone watches TV in the back of the car. But thanks for the support

Very true, but for just over $100, can't beat the price for the status that brings, if that's your goal. It's a part of all of us to want a little style and status, otherwise we'd be driving Gremlins and Geo Metros.

I'll do a write up on that. Interesting making the drivers headrest screen secure....since there is no METAL inside headrest. Used 6 each 1.5" plastic panel rivets with RTV. Solid as a rock.

I never did it before, surfed web for instructions/tips and just improvised as I went.

Alot But, it's not really that bad when it's just parts, labor is free. She pays half of all major mods done and tries to help between work, school, etc.

Great job. Is it just me, but if I was a dad, I wouldn't want another reason for my daughter to be "chillin" in the backseat!

In my g/f's tC, we put the seats all the way forwards, take the headrests off, then tilt the seat back flat. Then I just place my 17" widescreen laptop on the console box, and we watch movies all comfy
