Default Backup camera in the rear wiper hole

I am looking to put in a backup camera in the rear wiper hole on my xb. I an want it to be able to work with the AVIC D1 from pioneer that I plan on getting. Can anyone suggest a good one and where to get one?

I use to have on in my box, but I have since changed my setup. I still have the camera, and would be willing to sell it for $150.

It is a PME Camera, it is intended to be a replacement for keyholes. Nightvision is great. It does get a bit fuzzy with a light directly on it.

hate to burst the bubble, but those keyhole cameras sell upwards of $30 to under $90 at best...

they work great though!

The cameras you are talking about are for a CMOS camera. There are also CCD cameras that are much higher quality and go for about 120-150

I have a CMOS one in my box hooked to my PC. It works great. This is where I got it.

The other thing you need to think about is the camera needs to reverse the image so it works like a real mirror or you will find it hard to use.

There are pics of mine in my sig if you are interested.

That's where I mounted the nozzle to my oil-slick dispenser.

It works pretty well. You get that greenish tint during the night vision so you feel like you are in the military or something. You will like it I am sure!!
