Default Bazooka Subwoofer problem

i recently got a used 2004 xb, which had a Bazooka Sub in the back. The Bazooka makes a chirping sound when going over bumps and sometimes even just normal driving. Ive taken it out and even as i'm walking to set it down i can hear the chirp so i know it has nothing to do with the connection or the music.

Does anybody have any ideas of what this is and how i can fix it?

I already know that bazooka is not the best brand, so please dont tell me to get a different brand.

thanks

Pull it apart and inspect for loose stuff inside. Prolly an easy fix. You could also upgrade the woofer while you had it apart and maybe improve the sound for cheap. Let us know what you find if you decide?

okay, so i finally got enough time to go get the tool i needed to open it

i discovered that the support that holds the electronic controls inside the tube was loose, so i tightened the screw and now it doesn't make any unwanted noises

I figured that is all it was.
Did you do anything to keep it from coming loose again like Loctite or lockwasher?
