Just thinking about this...since the fogs are prewired from the factory, are the RCA cables in the car already as well?

 

nope, run them yourself. not hard to do though.

 

Are the sub out RCA plugs in the back of the stock head unit or do you have to use speaker/RCA adapters? If so, which speaker wire(s) do you hook up to?

 

You need the adapter! Go to www.elementaldesigns.com and they have what you need for a great price.

I believe it comes with a harness which connects to your headunit.

and to answer your question there is a jack for the specific scion wiring harness that you must buy from toyota/scion here is the part # PTS20-52040-WH you can order at any dealer but check my post for details on saving money.
