Default bB Light Up Ignition Key Ring

There is a post here SOMEWHERE re: installing a light ring around the keyhole on the stearing column. It's not a DIY/tech article. Search function gives you every damned thing BUT the one thread I want.

I'm tired of looking, who knows where it's at?

the light ring is a Japanese OEM Option. It features a green capped bulb and a clear plastic ring that u put on.

u can change the cap's color as well..

well... is there a part # if available in the US, and if JDM, who's carrying it? I need one.

The light up ring is a JDM part and we do carry this item, but it is on back order. Possibly next month.

I'm not sure if it fits the xA, I don't see why it wouldn't. The light up ring goes between the top and bottom trim around the ingnition key and comes with harnesses that just plug into the fuse box (goes between the door trigger harness).

Yes indeed the tC does have that ring. I need to try and pop it out so I can see about changing the color... it's clear right now.

got the part and installed it little over a year ago. as i recall it took about 10 mins. really, forgot it was there until i saw it mentioned here again. about 1 out of 10 on the install scale for even the most incompetant people.
