Default Buzzing Noise

Hello, I changed out my rear speakers and added a amp to power those rear speakers. It makes a buzzing noise. The higher the gain setting the higher the buzzing sound...

It doesn't get alouder as I drive... its not the whining noise that you hear when you your rpm goes higher.

Its just buzzzz... electric sound. If I turn down the gain... then it doesn't buzz.

If I turn it down enough to were I don't hear the buzz then its like not using an amp at all.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

how did you tune your amp. also is it off the stock head unit? you want to turn the gains all the way down then turn your radio up to about 90% volume then turn up the gain until it distorts a bit then back it off a hair. this will match it to the radio's output. if this doesn't work then change your ground location to a spot with less interference. this will help enliminate the noise if it doesn;t go away then return the amp for a new one.

Make sure your amp power wire and rca wires are run on opposite sides of the car or else you'll get that high frequency buzzing sound.

I got a buzzing in my front right speaker. Not sure why it is there now. Hasn't been there for awhile but it makes the noise when I accelerate which usually deals with being to close to the power wire. But my RCAs and speaker wires are run down the right side of the car and my power is run down the left side. Only place they are remotely close is in the back where they hook up.

Could also be a grounding issue Icon. I had a horrible ground in my first system, fun accelerator whining ensued

Even if it is in just one speaker. I thought if it was a ground issue it would be in all the speakers.

Or do you mean a ground issue with the actual speaker?

The speaker isn't grounded, it only has two 2 connections for positive and negative, unless those wires are making contact with another piece of metal.

Could be the speaker wire touching metal in the car...or is that wire run along the power wire?

Or the amp has some weird WEIRD issues

Well thats what I ment the speaker wire.

And no the power wire is run on the left side and everything else (RCA, Speaker wire, etc) is on the right side. Ill have to check the speaker wire.
