CD player dash kit for TC?

Default CD player dash kit for TC?

i bought a dash kit for the xa/xb and was told it will work with the tc but i can't figure out how to assemble it. anyone have a link to some instructions or something? the manual i got has xa and xb steps only

I had to modify it to work with the tC..the brackets didnt fit right

what did you do? i cant get the damn thing to mount on the original cd player holders at all.

i dont think your going to get it to work. B/c the cover that closes on the tc stereo, your aftermarket headunit will stick out. You can get a brand new mounting kit for the tC with instructions and everything from Crutchfield. I just bought it and its real easy. It allows the cover to close with the faceplate on too.
