Default Changing xA headlight bulbs

So, I set out to put in the PIAA headlight bulbs I purchased, and wow....that's a chore. I don't know if anyone else has tried it, but that driver's side headlight is a pain.

I had to just reach down there to remove the rubber part around it, and try to sqeeze the lightbulb out. I tried taking of the front grill, and it helped a little, but not much. I didn't really feel like taking the bumper off either.

Has anyone tried this? There has got to be an easier way. Otherwise, all of who you have this in your plans, you've got your work cut out for you.

I didn't take out anything, not even tried to remove the fuse box(even though it's in the freaking way!). The drivers' side is a pain in the ___ to do, but eventually i got it.
