heres one that you don't have to hook up to your steering wheel column, i was thinking about getting this one, but it doesn't state if it will disengage if the clutch or break is pressed.

The one on EBay is gone now. Did you buy it?

I got one installed through my dealer. they subcontracted a local chop shop. they quoted me 259 installed (man tranny). I know that's a killer price, but I haven't recieved the car yet, so we'll see. If it's a good install I'll get the same of the shop and post it here.. for the three of us in cental NY. This is the same one on ebay, with the steering column controller.

Default thanks

Thanks for the insite! I don't drive a scion yet but my fiance and I are thinking of getting a pair. We're stoked about both of the xA and the xB, but she was on the fence for getting into the xA for the lack of cruz. We just test drove both this weekend and that seemed to be her only issue. This totally helps!

Default WHAT type is installed in florida?

THe ones for florida come with a cruise option.

ECHO's have cruise control cause I peeked inside one at work to see.

since both an xB and an xA are essentially rebodied Echo's has anyone tried using an ECHO cruise control like from a wreck or something?

I don't like the cruise control that they install in Florida... It sticks out on the side where the signal lever is. Like the guy at Courtesy Scion said, it'd probably get in the way when driving and you want to signal...
