The amp is mounted to the bottom of the passenger seat. Looks clean that way, can't even tell the amp is there. Only setback was that i had to completely remove the passenger seat from the car to do it.

yeah, I'm planning to mount mine under the seats as well. Haven't decided on stealth or showy, but either way, I have to protect them, as I have a 6 and 4 year old that ride in the back.

Any pics of yours mounted by chance?

Wow, looks really good! The only thing that could make it
better, is if the new carpet matched 100%. But I have yet to
see 100% match.

Really nice work!

You did yourself? Or have a shop do it?

Here's my Pioneer Premier 4 channel amp under my passenger seat:

It's a pretty big amp, but it fit fine under there and no problems with my kids either!

not bad. I'm thinking of using diamond plate to raise the amps about an inch off the floor. Either that, or some risers with a plexiglass plate to mount the amps with cathodes underneath.

Thanks for the compliment. I did it myself.
I knew the carpet wasn't 100% match, but I went with the straight black on purpose. It matches the floor mats.

No, no pics of it under the seat. It was nothing special. It's a small, but powerful amp. I was able to use heavy duty velcro straps. They were about 3" wide. I got them from Home Depot I think. If you look under the seat at it, it's kinda Jimmy rigged. But since the ONLY way that you can see it is if you stick your head under the seat, it dosen't bother me much. Even with the doors open and you stand back to look at it, you STILL can't see the amp. I think it was the best decision to mount it to the bottom of the seat.
