Default Design Our System

How would you design a system for the xB if you were going to use Rockford-Fosgate equipment exclusively, stay with factory speaker sizes, use an off-the-shelf sub enclosure and did not want to do any mods to the interior of the vehicle.

What products would you use from Rockford and/or Lightening Audio?

Mark,

If you liked the way my system sounded in the short time you listened to it, here's my equipment list:

-Rockford Fosgate 9220G (AM/FM/CD)
-OmniFi DMP1 (MP3 hard drive)
-(2)Rockford Fosgate P162S (mid/2 tweets)
-Rockford Fosgate P3001 (subwoofer amp)
-Rockford Fosgate P2002 (mid/tweet amp)
-(1)Rockford Fosgate P210S4 (10" subwoofer)

PM for the pricing, you know I'll take car of 'ya.

Default Rockford

Budget isn't the issue.

Rockford is the equipment I have to use.

That is a great suggestion! It should fit no problem. Go with a P6001BD on the subs and a P6002 on the mids and high and it'll be plenty loud.

From my recent expiriences, i would have to choose some of the Lightning Audio stuff over anything Rockford is putting out right now. I know they are all the same company, but the storm series LA stuff is pretty good in my opinion.

You can also use MB Quart possibly, they are owned by Rockford as well although they are going to stop selling Quart in the US so you might be able to get a good deal (this is what I hear, a shop in town is selling all MB Quart at cost. Most is crap except premium series.)
