Does the stock HU have RDS? (FM Song Name Display)

I was just wondering if the stock Scion radio happened to have RDS. I've seen this in some cars and SUVs and loved being able to know the name of the song playing on the radio as well as station names when I'm away from home.

Almost all of the radio stations everywhere support it, it shouldn't be too hard to add to the hardware nor expensive... I wonder why more stereos don't have it.
