Fog lights that will come on without headlights on

I have a TC with original equipment fog lights. I would like to be able to have them on without the headlights on. Like daytime running lights. Can anybody tell me of an easy way to make that work?

yes..i think this belongs in the electronics forum..
but i would also like the same..im sure it can be done..

just wire them to a switch in the dash. i know "easier said than done" but thats pretty much how to do it
