Default foglight question

I'm trying to see if I'd be able to put other type of foglights so I'd like to know how do you take the temporary plastic filler out....

xA? xB? if it's the xA, just grab onto the plastic cover with pliars and pull!

For the XB you might have to lift the car up & pop it out from behind im thinking, if not try using a falthead screw driver to pop that sucker out.

Yes there are two tabs, one on each side. Push them towards the center slightly and there you go...

the kit i bought came w/ wiring. so i went w/ it. punched thru the big rubber gromet on the firewall at the drivers side (there's a big bundle of wires that go thru there). ran the wires behind the dash and up thru one of the knock outs. flex tubed everything - i mean everything - right down to the lights.
it really was easy. if you don't have a wire kit, it's just a hot, neutral and a ground. i think the wiring was 14G - perhaps 12G, about 10 feet of it.
hope that helps.

Wally-World has fog light wiring kits. It comes with a relay, switch and all of the wire you need.

You dont have to lift up the xB and you don't have to use a screw driver. lay on the ground reach behind and undo tabs. Takes less than a minute.
