Default Ghetto rearveiw mirror mod

I just got a broadway mirror and it's great. The only thing is that it's black and my original mirror is the same beige color as the interior. So when you clip on the broadway you see the clips and the little black ends coming out the side. So i decided to stealth the whole thing by removing the mirror and painting it flat black along with the sides of the broadway mirror. Now you can barely tell there is a mirror there at all. I'm loving it with my visor tint. I'll post pics soon....but until then everybody go out and paint you mirrors!

My window tint in the back is so dark I have just been thinking about taking the damn rearview mirror off. Anyone else not use a rearview mirror?

Sorry i've been working non-stop.
Pics are kinda bad quality but here are the links or you can just go to my profile and see them all at the same time. Also notice the Energizer headlight i attatched above with velcro. It lights up with 2 white LED's or 1 red LED for better night vision. You decide.....ghetto or no ghetto?

I took the rearview mirror off to mount my 5-panel mink mirror, and I have a slick trick for re-attaching the mirror mount cover to the roof, PM for details.

cherryBox, that looks pretty sweet. What are the benefit/drawbacks to the wink mirror? Could you post a pic of the interior view?

My mirror is shaved. When we redid the headliner we left it off and covered the hole. I haven't missed it a bit. But I am used to turning my head, since I ride motorcycles alot.
