Glove Box for 2006 Scion xB
Pop it off and measure it.
It is on plastic hindges, open the glove box, press inward on the sides, and pull the whole box up and off it's hindges.
It will feel as if you are ripping the box off it's hindges and you are.
While you are under there, open the tray that holds your CABIN AIR FILTER.
See the TECH thread called 'Fabricate your own CABIN AIR FILTER' to see photos and step by step instructions on how to pop off your glove box to access filter tray.
Do not buy a filter from Scion, they want like $35. Go to any parts store and buy one for about $12 and install yourself. This will be filled with pollen, dirt and stuff after 15,000 miles. Otherwise, the dash board gets dusty.
Make a filter yourself and save big enough to brag on any board.
