has anyone ever hidden their DVD players with monitors in the sunglass compartment on the xb? if so.. did you leave your stock radio and hook up the player on the auxillary jack? need you 2 cents and pics of yours! thanks

And I always thought of it as an oven, hmmmmm........
and yes, I ran a complete set or wires for mine so I can listen to my tunes as the grand-babies watch movies on lon drives.

No, No. The sun glass compartment is the small indent to the left of the steering wheel. It looks like the glasses would fall out but mine don't.

My sunglasses did occasionally JUMP out of that niche, but now that I have these custom-fit pads in all the little cubbies, NOTHING moves around...

ooohhh snap ^^^^ lol...
despite what you call it... its been done before... tho i dont have any pics for you for reference... I just know if you end up hacking that area up... dealer replacement piece is like $130ish (which is why i just have a piece of plastic covered suede covering it now )

well, for the sake of this thread, let's just say that the OP is referring to the compartment below the climate controls.
