Default Headlight Bulbs, SEARCHED FIRST, Need Opinions/Options

Ok guys and gals. I have done a few hours of searching and I have some questions. I want to upgrade both my headlights and foglights. I would like to get something that gives off a purple or blue tint. I understand these may be alittle less light than the superwhite bulbs and I am ok with that. I don't want to run something that is 100 watts or more, don't want to ruin the wiring. And I want to spend about $20-$25 a pair for the bulbs.

I looked on nlmotoring and found these nice Nokya bulbs and the sales manager said he has sold to many scion owners and they are happy with them:

I have heard many bad things about Sylvania Silverstars when it comes to lenght of use and they are $40 a pair. I have heard many good things about PIAA but I can't afford to drop $60.00 a pair for them. I looked at some other brands and they are $40 or more a pair. A fellow IA scion owner has the APC superwhites and likes them but they are 100 watt bulbs and they scare me.

Anyone have any experience with the Nokya bulbs?? And what did you think?? Any help or suggestions would be a big help.

why dont you just go with the piaa bulbs, i put the super plasma gtx in my xb and they are the greatest bulbs ive ever seen with a slight purple and blue look and probobly the brightest bulbs ive ever seen without h.i.d kits yeah they are 80.00 bucks but you seem to have the nicest and most expensive parts on your car anyway, why put cheap stuff on your car that you might regret in the future.

Just save your cash and get HID. You'll regret waisting the $50 or so that could go towards HID (do your Headlights first less than $300, and then HID the Fogs if you feel like it) all and all a decent kit will cost $300...

I would love to do a HID kit, but don't have the cash right now, baby to save for. I am looking for a little color to the bulb. The PIAA product is nice, but the price is hight for right now. I ordered some ok bulbs for now, about $30. Worst case I just put the stock bulbs back in. I got bulbs with stock power draw so they won't toast my factory harnesses. Thanks for the commments.
