It's been a long time since I've had mine out so I can't give you specifics. It is very easy although sevaral pieces have to come out. This is probably not exact because I'm just giving my vague recollection of what I had to do but it should help some. Once you start taking things out you'll see what needs to come out next.
First take the covers out for the storage space and spare tire. Take the spare tire out and then remove the styrofoam boxes so you are down to the carpet. I believe the rear trim has to come out. There are a couple of the plastic grippers holding those in. Then the rear seat backs have to come out. I think I unbolted the backs from the support rod and was then able to unbolt the support rod. The rear door sills have to come out. There are the cover bolts in the upper rear of the quarter panel and then it just pops out.
