i was running hid conversion kit from ebay.
and it was working fine.
but my optic was really bad so i decided to retrofit a projector.
i bought a d2s bulb and d2 connector.
i removed the old bulb from the conversion kit and connected with new d2s bulb.
imo, it should be working with no problem.
but the bulb is not turned on.
ballast is making clicking noise and nothing happens.
i really don't understand what i have done wrong.
or aftermarket conversion kit ballast doesn't work with oem bulbs?
hid experts i need your advice...

 

when it clicks, it means the ballast isn't getting a complete circuit..
for example, if my bulb isn't TOTALLY plugged in right, it will click
