Default Homelink retrofit?

Does anybody know what is involved in adding Homelink to a car that does not come with it?
With the visor mounted button style, is the visor all that is needed? Or is there another module that is needed?

Is everything neccesary inside the visor? If that's the case, it'll be a whole lot easier than I thought.
