That is a Hella horn, right? The relay needs to be grounded, horn signal in, horn signal out, and 12v fused from the battery.
Google up 'Relay' and you should get the propper pinouts for the relay... or the directions should have it... if you know what you are looking at.

OK, lets see what you got. Without looking I am guessing that the stock horn is a two wire positive and negative, when you press the momentary on the steering wheel the circuit is completed and the horn sounds. That's just a guess I haven't looked at my tC.
On the air horn it says it has a prewired compressor and comes with a relay. The relay is to reduce the current through the switch, and the relay probably passes current to the compressor wich makes the horn sound.
Barring seeing the instructions given I am guessing that you hook up the positive for the stock horn to the signal input on the relay and connect the positive side of the relay to the battery. Connect the switched terminal to the positive side of the air horn and there should also be a ground on the relay which can be connected to the chassis. Ground the horn and you are done.
Confused? Any more info will help hone these instructions to your application. WHat does the relay look like? How many connectors? Any diagrams? How many connections on the air horn?

CRxB's horn tutorial should help you out. It's for his tC, but wiring the relay should be the same...

Also, when i was fiddling around with FIAMM horns, I noticed the horns negative is grounded to the chassis. So, the power wire goes to the positive lead and the negative lead goes to the chassis. Does that help?

the horn will need pos and negative to work...make one constant and switch the other...(thats what the relay is for...)
read the tutorial again and forget about the number of horns and bell you have...

its not a hard install if you have all the materials. For mine i needed a pack of female wire connectors, and then you need a crimper to get them to stick to the wire good, then i needed an inline fuse, and a few circular grounding connectors to attack the grounds to bolts. From a 1-10 having no idea what im doing when i started i would rate it at a 3. When you realise the wire and connectors to get to project done its kind of a bummer but once you get all the materials you can whip it out in probably 15 mins

To remove the front bumper you have to also take the grille off. It make sit easier to get the 10mm bolts off. IIRC, there are 10 10mm bolts to remove altogether. Don't forget the ones that connect the front lip to the chassis and fender wheel well liners.
