Thanks for the suggestion to use the transparent red Hot Wheels. They are a better size and match the interior red much better and they go with the chrome **** much better Here are some pics. Now what do you'all think?

Thank You so much for the suggestion. I had a time finding 3 of these suckers but they do look more at home in this spot. And when the light hits em they just pop.

They do look better but are still too big in my opinion.

Any way you could maybe slid them back a bit so you can see what they are pointed at? That might work out. To be real to get the best visual look I think you should arrange them so that they are always pointing up unless in use. So like pick some default settings you use most often (like cold/hot, off, defrost for example) and set them up. You would have to add a little indicator so you can see what they are actually on but you could make it small so the cars stand out. If you did it that way I don't think there would be a need to slide them back to better see what they are on.

If it were me I would go with my suggestion because they will likely look best when you have them arranged like you do in the pic - all pointing up.

Because of my height I can actually read the icons with these now so that isn't a problem. They match the interior much better now and are fully funtional. Can't wait to see how they go over at shows this upcoming season.

Default hot *****

Jethro,
Those are sweet! I love 'em...should be a big hit at the Autorama Extreme in Detroit in March! You could probably sell some of those in the classifieds section if you built another set (would be alot easier the second time around...I would think). Heck, I'd be interested...but having (2) BCP xB's with some of the same custom stuff might be a little tacky.

Can't wait to see what else you got in store for your LunchBox.

Phil

I deleted them from photobucket and apparently they didn't want to show up. I'm fixing it right now. Sorry

"A" for originality, I wouldn't do it cause it's not my style but it doesn't look "bad". I bet they really go over well at shows and look sweet lit up at night. How bout' some nightime pics???

Dude, I have one of those Hot Wheels and have never seen another, how did you ever find three?!?!?!?

I think your just lucky!! I'm a truck driver who only delivers to Wal-Mart stores regionally, and I often frequent the toy sections looking for "B's" but still can't find anymore.

Maybe I'm just UNLUCKY............ :D
