TRDSparks has kits for the stock HU.

http://www.trdsparks.com/displaypart...5&parts_id=754

Otherwise there are a ton of aftermarket xm and sirius recievers.

What is this kit? I have the Sirius receiver with the car kit, will this thing provide me with a way to plug the Sirius receiver directly into the stock HU? That is what I'm looking for. The FM transmitter that comes with the Sirius car kit is pure crap. Cheers.

Only XM was available when I bought my TC last December. I wanted Sirius so I could listen to Howard when he moves. So I bought a Clarion Calypso unit and stuck it to my dash just above the vents. The FM transmitter on it works fine most of the time. Sometimes I get some static, so I just have to choose a different FM station on the unit. No biggie. I wish I had been able to just get the Sirius through the car stereo though. I love Sirius

Go out and get the USA Spec DF-toy aux adapter ( i got mine from crutchfield) Plugs into the back of the stock unit then buy yourself a headphone to RCA adapter at radio shack. cost you a total of 70 bucks shipped. and you get 2 aux inputs. One goes to my roady and the other to my ipod.

His new channel is pretty sweet right now, and it only has Tissue Time and the H100 news!

I py 12/month for the first one, then 6/month for the second and third. Then, I have my dad on the account also who paid a year up front, so that only cost like $80 or so.

Its not that bad - and its worth it for sure.

Just pick one up from mcgeorgeparts.com. Thats where I bought both mine...total was like $180 for the fit kit and the receiver piece. The antenna is kinda bulky, but it goes nearly behind the rear view mirror. The receiver goes under the passenger seat and hookss directly in the stereo. Good times

And this is why Xm is giving away the roadie every chance they get, becouse they are going to loose alot of the market!

Sirius has free deals too. My bro works at circuit city and pushes Sirius all day. They went through Sirius like crazy on black friday opposed to the XM stock they had.

Those crazy nascar guys take XM, but will end up swithcing in a year when Sirius has that contract

I went to the Crutchfield site and got this info for the USA Spec Aux Adapter:
» You will need to disconnect the factory CD changer, if you have one, and connect the new adapter in its place.
Since I don't have the HU with the changer control, where would I plug this in?
» Adapter plugs into the factory radio.
Great.
» Unit has 2 sets of stereo RCA inputs.
Great.
» If you have the factory satellite radio option, it will no longer work with this adaptor.
Huh? I do have a SAT button, but it's inactive. So is it the button that will continue not to work, or something else entirely? It seems that the non-changer stock head unit will probably not work with this adapter. Has anyone done this with the non-changer stock HU? Since I have that SAT button, shouldn't there be somewhere I would plug in the SAT signal? That's where I'd like to run my Sirius signal, but I'm still trying to figure out how.

Default SOUNDS LIKE 1 CAR ONLY

It sounds like the sparks toyota is the best way to go....12 months for 140 bucks, includes 3 months free.

to bad it sounds like a car set up and home set up are a pain in the &^%,I would love to have both.....just hit the "sat" botton on the head unit and BAM.
