try laying your amps at an angle , would give you a couple inches in saved height to extend the air space. moves your caps to clear a little more and add a couple inches to the height. if your current box is 12 x 36 , you could end up adding a 12x36x4 cubic space. all keeping it close to the height you got.
guessing you wanna keep the back seats.... but maybe could notch the backs out... that'll give you another square foot of air maybe combined?? just make the backs about 1/2 as thick they are now...
i dunno.. it may work... while still keeping your back seats usable

Have you considered redesigning the enclosure as an isobaric (firing at one another, one in, one out) design? Iso enclosures are significantly smaller than your typical sealed enclosure, but generally require more power since they are not as efficient.
you could drop the angle of the amplifiers down, relocate the distribution blocks, caps, etc., to the side, and then build an isobaric enclosure to occupy the middle. The result would be only one visible woofer rather than the two, but you would have a lower playing range than your current design.
