I need some advice
Hello,
I currently have a 1989 Honda Civic, pretty soon I will be purchasing a 2005 Scion TC but I before I do I would like to see if it is possible to move my sound system from the Honda to the TC (wich im sure it is)
ok here are my Sound system specs:
1 = Pioneer DEH-P760MP (CD/MP3/WMA FM/AM Tuner, TV, DVD, XM ready)
2 = Infinity 6002i (6"1/2" 2-Way Speakers)
2 = Infinity 6.5 (6" Speakers)
2 = MTX Thunder 7500 (10" Subwoofers, 400watts)
1 = JBL BP1200.1 (1200watt amp)
1 = Alpine MRP-F240 (360watt amp)
============================================================
Will I be able to bring my whole sound system to the TC? I think I may have to get my box rebuild. the radio im not worried about, the dealership will be installing a Double Din GPS Radio, I think they said Pioneer or Kenwood, forgot what model it was.
My system thumps pretty hard, will the scion be able to handle this much power without me having to Add dynomat and a High Output Alternator? thanks guys

from what i believe that speakers in a a tc are 5.25". you may be able to fit the 6.5" in witha spacer and/or some modification. the deck should work just fine. get a dash kit or that toyota celica filler plates. subs and amp should fit dependingon the size of your box, but that can always be redone. if you are local to the bay area feel free to pm me. i maybe able to help.
well the head unit I currently have will not be going over to the TC, im starting to feel the same about the speakers I currently have now as well. S
o that just leaves me with the Box and amp to run the subs, does anyone know the dimensions in the rear areas of the TC? I think my box is to big, I forgot to measure all that when I test drove it.

try looking through ice or searching for it....
i know it was asked before, i just don't remember the answer...
i think i made a mistake... the stock rears are 5.25...
the stock fronts are 6.5....
