Default Ideas for amp locations?!

So I'm installing my system... just need to decide on a place for the Rockford Fosgate F p8002 amp I'm using to power my 2 10" RF p3s. I don't really want to lose my spare tire due to how much highway driving I do. So aside from removing the spare tire and mounting the amp on the back of the box... ANY IDEAS?!

Deck: Pioneer 8600MP
Amp: Rockford Fosgate P8002
Subs: Rockford Fosgate P310D4(400 rms 800 peak)
Cap: Rockford Fosgate 1.0 Farad
Wiring: 4 Guage to the amp

Well I ended up installing it all.. and it's INSANE. I'd honestly say the two p3's are a little too much. I don't want the bass to drown out the mids and highs. I ended up just sitting the amp on the left side of the box... So the box is sitting off center to the right. The fun part was running the positive lead from the battery.... there's a large bundle of wires under the drivers side closer to the center of the dash that had a 3 inch diameter gasket for about an inch thick bundle of wires. Just put it through there... after that spraying some windex helped to pull the rest of the wire through.... just a note I thought I'd add

Great news for me. That's exactly where I wanted to put my amp and my cap on the left side.

Sounds good. Btw, what do you guys think of this system that I'm looking to buy? The subs should rock but I'm not sure about the amp only because of the price to watts ratio.

SUBS: 2 Kicker S10L5 10" subs. 900 watts each (450rms).
AMP: Blitz Audio BZA2560. 1800watts (900 x2) http://www.rhinotronics.com/index.cf...ent%20Rods.htm

If someone who knows about amps could check out that link and tell me if the amp is good or not, that would help me out a lot.

2 8" l7 would sound way better with the sq kickers i noticed once you get to any size besides 8" they start to sound funny when they hit and since we dont have a trunk to filter out the noise your going to want a sub that hits realy clean 2 8"l7 would be thoughs subs as far as that amp i wouldnt buy it only becouse it is a company i havent heard of before and it looks realy cheap if i were you i would go with this right here http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...18781&tc=photo its a little more but well worth it it would drive 2 l7 or even l5 perfect they are both 2 ohm subs and this thing puts out 700 watts rms at 2 ohm if you wanted to take the car to a comp. then you could run them at 1 ohm and get the 1000 watt rms out of this amp it woulnt hurt the sub my friend has his 12" l7's running at 1 ohm all the time but kicker wont warrenty the subs if they are run at 1 ohm

1 Ohm 1 x 500 1 x 1000 1 x 1500 1 x 1800 1 x 2200
thats off of hifonics site this ebay seller has his #'s wrong most of the time but he is a legit seller my friend just got his 2 12" alpine type x subs he ordered them from him on monday and got them saterday.

Where do you see that? Where I'm looking it puts out 900 watts each if routed to 2 channels.

aarontrini85: It looks like that amp only has 1 channel. Also, where did you see that the 10" L5 subs performed poorly? Did you see this many times or just once? And if it was only once then what setup did they have? Did they use the kicker box? I'm just trying to be sure.
