Maybe the shipper broke them. I doubt streetglow would send out busted neons.

did they offer insurance witht he S&H?? n if they did, did you buy it?? thats what happened to something I ordered off of ebay, and when I opened the box it was pretty much useless. I sent the guy an email and he explained to me about the insurance policy, and basically told me that I was screwed. really sucks. the item was a cdplayer worth bout 40 bucks. but this was from a private seller. I hope StreetGlow can do a little more fer you.

 

Thats why I like buying directly from the store.
That deffinitely does suck.

 

They should give you new ones. If they were shipped UPS i believe there's automatic insurance, you may want to look into that.

 

it would be easier to make your own out of solid plastic rod and leds

1. cut the plastic rod to length desired
2. drill out a opening at each end for led to install
3. put the led in the hole file with a liqiud epoxy and let set repeat for the other side
4. wire them all up and install
done

 

That sucks man. I have purchased a few Streetglow products before and had shipping and breaking problems, and they have been excellent in handling the situations appropriately, so give em' a call as soon as you can.
