You could bolt it to the seat bolt but idealy you want to ground it to the body somewhere. What you could do is cut a little flap in the carpet under the seat and just screw it into the floor. Mine is bolted through the floor but for your setup I would recomend just screwing it to the floor this should work if it doesnt scuff up the paint a bit with some sand paper so the ground connector is metal on metal.

What wires do you have running to your amp? And where are you attaching them to the amp? Obviously you have a complete circuit somehow.

Your amp could be getting ground thru the RCA's or if you mounted the amp whrer the screws might be in some metal, the ground will be thru the chassis.

Always make sure you have the (+) go directly to the battery with a fuse. The remote wire to the remote turn on of the aftermarket deck, or an accessory with the factory deck. Make sure the ground is always to bare metal, closes to the chassis of the car.

Becareful to not keep lifting the ground for the amp like you are doing. There is a good chance that it will surge and the ground feed will feed through your RCA cables and blowout your head unit..

I could barely understand your post, so my best suggestion is to check all your wiring. Who cares when you lift the ground the amp turns on. That means your getting some type of feedback that you dont want.
