Default IPOD PROBLEMS! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

hi all

listen i have a 2004 scion xb with a pioneer system that it came with but i need to know if there is any way i can play my ipod thru it WITHOUT using that piece of ____ itrip or any other form of FM tuning. i am clueless and just want to hear my music from my ipod to my car

well if you have an aux port near the shifter you can use that, if not you will need to get something like http;//www.ipod2car.com

2004's do not have the aux port in the center console...

YOU NEED ONE OF THESE

I recently purchased one from this seller and recieved the two required cables free of charge. Its an easy installation, just pull the stock HU, plug in the unit using the two included cables, and run the ipod cable out into the cabin.

This is not a perfect solution, the display doesnt work correctly (you dont get song titles but thats a given, also the time goes back and fourth between 1:00 and 2:00) and sometimes the HU controlls flake out and you have to change songs via the ipod or reset the ipod.

But all in all your ipod plays through your factory sound system with cd quality and is controlled at the headunit (most of the time)...
