Default JDM Add-on?

a Few months back was reading a thread in regards to adding additional dome lights that went over the the pillar area over the seatbelts. I believe they were a JDM part but can't seem to find out where I can order them again. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

If so, they're made by Napolex under the name of Laylight. You can go to www.napolex.co.jp and click on the Laylight link on the bottom left to see more.

I bought mine from Super Autobacs in Stanton, I don't know of any other place that carries them in the states. They had a few kits to choose from with different colors and number of lights. Kind of dim, but they look so cool.

Glad I could help. Good luck in your quest, if all else fails make friends in the So-Cal area of the forum.
Maybe a scionlife bretheren could help you out on their next shopping trip to autobacs.

Hmm.. nice catch Bryan!

yeah.. only place i know in the states that have them is Super Autobacs.

they are probably very willing to ship them out for you. just contact them via email or call them.

the typical price on these kits though are pretty high... looking at over $50 i think at least to cover all 4 pillars.

i dunno.. i bought a kit with 4 b/c pillars, 2 of the small footwell type ones and 2 a-pillars together with a 2 channel dimmer for about $175?

I think my kit was close to $150ish. It included 4 lights for pillars, two canon type
lights for front pillars, two for the front door pockets and a dimmer switch. The prices
vary from around $80 to near $200 for kits, less for individual pieces. Depends on
how many lights, exchangable colors and material (suede look or plastic oem), but that
was over a year ago.

I live 2 blocks from autobacs, and will get info tomorrow if no one else posts a definate price before then.

If they do run 150+ it might be better to just go the led light in the oh crap handles route. Almost the same look, but 3/4 of the cost
