JL W7
You can get the enclosure information here on page 7: http://www.jlaudio.com/subwoofers/pdfs/13W7_MAN.pdf
The 13W7 is the largest woofer JL Audio manufacturers. It's high efficiency requires a large enclosure as well. It's going to take up alot of space (especially ported). If space is in short supply, check out the 13W6v2 http://www.jlaudio.com/subwoofers/13w6v2.html
The best thing to do when selecting a woofer is to first determine how much space you have to work with and then select the woofer that works best within that space. Too many people buy first then try to shoe-horn the woofer into an enclosure that is too small. The results are not favorable especially when dealing with high efficiency designs like the W7. A small woofer in a proper enclosure will out-perform a large woofer in an enclosure that is too small.

Knowing the back of the XB what would you suggest for a nice sounding low note quality bass. I'm wanting to stick with JL but I'm not going to be doing any SPL's or things like that. Just want something that's loud and has a good quality to it.
If not into extreme SQL, which is what the W7 is for then go with the above suggestion of a W6v2. Or heck get an ID Max for much less. The ID Max will sound better than the W6v2 and around the same price too.
Of course if you have money and can sacrifice space then go for it. I had 2 W7's previously and they were awesome, although a 13.5 is a bit extreme.

A review of the 12W6v2 by some big players in audio: http://www.jlaudio.com/subwoofers/pd...6v2_Review.pdf
All of the W6v2s will have the same sonic signature, the difference between them will be output potential.

not worth paying retail for anything now a days, if I were you i'd seriously consider an ID Max for the same price as the W6 retail
