Default line out converter or amp adapter plug kit?

I am installing my subs and amp into my box and my question is which is better the line out converter or the adapter which plugs in to the factory harness and factory radio? here is a link to the adapter

I used the line out converter on my xA. I have no idea which is better from the two. I'm also not that knowledgable in car audio stuff...hehe

Better off with the Line Output Converter. Theres gains on the Line Out to increase Voltage which you want. That harness off ebay is just a reverse/normal harness spliced together with RCA outs connected.

thanks i already have the line out just wanted to make sure i wasn't messing out on something that would be better.
