whey don't you just go to a store that does it and ask questions " about how they would do it"?

 

where are you at NunSpa? PM me if you are in the Bay area, I have a client who knows this stuff backwards and forwards (he's done some famous restaurants in S.F. and the busses during the super bowl, on a 6 day notice!)
