well the lumanics bulbs burnt out my harness

got them b4 the new harness was available apparently...

does this plub n play harness go into the old one? cuz my drivers side one is burnt out and the passenger side is bunt but still working

or is this a replacement?

and if it is just a direct plug in... can i still purchase it and make the splice myself? cuz im getting pulled over alot with one headlight

My lumincs bulbs worked great till the mounting braket/plate on my H4 broke. I sent them in almost 3 weeks ago now and I haven't heard anything back from them...

had about 5 months under the belt b4 it burnt out... the passenger side is borderline just a lil fried

Is luminics still in business? I tried calling the customer service line for an order today, but the line has been disconnected.

anyone had any problem with Luminics? one of my bulbs burned out days ago and tried to exchange for a new pair since they're under 1 yr warranty. But they dont pick the phone, mail box full, did not reply my PM or email. What's going on with them?

yes, i think luminics bulbs is all computerized. i don't think any human work there.. i ordered three pairs of bulbs- pure blue high beam, low beam and fog lights, i only got the high beam and the low beam, the fog lights bulbs never came. i e-mailed them and called them how many times i never got any reply.

Are they really now? Who's been sending out the bulbs then? I tried to msg them on AIM but they are never online and it just seems like there is no way to get in touch with them at all. #1 customer service huh?

yep, #1 customer service?! hehehe. I'm just not gonna make a big deal out of it, whats been done is done. I mean, they literally took 34$ from me, I just hope they don't charge my credit card for anything else or steal my identity. It was a good experience. That'll be the first and last that I'm gonnna order from them.

yeah supposidly this guy has pretty much called it quits.... i have heard from alot of luminics dealers and they all say that he is scamming people... please contact your bank if you do not receive your product for charge back also contact the BBB.. the owners name of the company is scott brown.. i found his cell phone # thru some research on the net but really do not want to post it publically... this guy will not pull one over on me...

deisel can i get the cell phone lol. ive been waiting almost a month for my order (2 sets of 9006 jdm yellow bulbs, ive called the company, and emailed them several times. im gettin ____ed, and unfortunately i dont have the money to just throw out the window for this.

well i cant actually give his cell phone number out because it will ruin my investigations if everyone has his number and calls him... you can tho go to www.labbb.org and file a complaint against "Luminics Bulbs" as the company name.. i did this and they are investigating.. other than that, i would go to your bank and decline the payment saying that you did not receive the product.. funny thing, they have another business in the same office called "www.heel-that-pain.com" and supposidly they are the ones doing the order fulfillment.. i emailed them and they said that they do the order fulfillment and i replied back with my order number and i have not heard a word back.. who knows.. that could be scam company too...

try calling their number... all you get is a "we are on the phone with another customer" and then trying to leave a vm, it says the mailbox is full... did it for 3 to 4 days.. same thing.. dont know whats going on
