Yep you would most likely have to boot up your PC to listen to CDs, unless you installed a seperate headunit that could play CDs and the radio, and ran the PC into the HU.

However there are alot of ways to get your bootup to speed up. Or many users just leave their PC on hibernate, this also speeds up the process.

if an extra HU is not desired, a radio tuner can be integrated via USB.

next question. To go car computer or just simple navigation. I really like the car computer cause i can load all my songs on it and do word processing, etc. godly.

thats aweseme, where/how much did you get that liliput screen for? and does it work well?...i doubt that youve used it w/pc, but if you have, how well is the interface? sylus or finger? that screen is my difference to a diy carputer/dvd vs, avicn1.. thx

ya, the power inverter i have works fine durring crank

the lilliput touchscreen can be found on ebay for around $250, works great with finger or even better with a stylus - mac and pc compatible

as far as work warnings go, if your at work, you should be working, not looking at scionlife.com

I mean, lord knows, typing "WW" or "NWS" really takes alot of effort.
