Default Modifying or buying new seats

Does anyone have any good ideas how i can lower my driving position an inch or two?
i'm kinda tall, and a little vertical adjustment would be great.

i'd rather not drop much money into it, and inexpensive race seats look like crap.

I have side airbags too.

There is a dip underneath the seats. It might minimize forward/backward movement, but im sure you could fab some seat brackets that dip downward and lower the seats 2-4 inches.

I noticed that the tc seats are height adjustable.

does anyone know where to get specs on the seats?
or can anyone get usefull measurments to compare the two?

i wonder weather: a) they fit,
b) they can adjust lower
c) the airbags are compatible
