Default MP3 information

I was looking at the pictures of the pioneer head unit, and i was wondering if you can make the mp3 discs more complicated than just 300 songs on a disc, by that i mean, can i separate mp3s into folders, possibly by artist?

Yes you can. On the headunit, there's a "Folder" button. But for some reason, all the songs I've burned onto the CD are in alphbetical order within each folder. All the songs from the Jimi Hendrix Best of CD is in alphabetical order in the Jimi Hendrix Folder on the CD. Thus not in the same order as in the original CD Weird.

Maybe I should read that small audio system sheet.

ya its just how you burn them on the cd. i had that prob for a while , and then learned about putting them in folders. Try searching through 300 songs for that one you like. YEAH RIGHT. its much better with folders, then you can group them by artist etc.

Gotta throw the track #s in first if you want to keep them in order. Also, use 01,02,03. If you just use 1,2,3 you'll get 1,10,11, etc...
