Mtec vs. PIAA

Mtec vs. PIAA

Saw these bulbs on Ebay. I know PIAA is quality goods. What about these Mtec bulbs? Opinions/knowledge?

Polarg's and Raybrig are way better than PIAA in my opinion. But then again, they cost a lot

So are Catz....I loved my Catz bulbs when I had them in my Eclipse
