Default Need Help ! Removing Headlights <XB>

I tried doing a search and nothing relating to removing the headlights appeared, just a bunch of other stuff ......

NEED HELP REMOVING THE HEADLIGHTS ....

Here is where I am with this, I removed to the top 2 screws and that black push doen screw pin attached to the grille ( Hot Lava ) - I called my dealer and ran over and got a spec sheet that shows 2 more scres or something holding the assembly in, I can't see the other 2 screws or whatever ?

Does anyone have any tips ?

Also - How do the fog lights come out, do they just pop out, tried that and it seems something is holding them in ?

Thanks Folks ...

As far as the fog lights. If you get your head under the bumper with a flash like there are 2 clips. If you pop the one it pops right off. REAL simple once you get your head under the bumper to see exactly how it is put on.

In one of these pictures you can see how he reached under the bumper to undo the one clip and he used his other hand to pop it out. http://overboost.com/print.asp?id=1098

As for the headlights. This might help. Im not sure

Default headlight

to get the headlights out of the xb you have to take off the whole front bumper cover
there are about 6 screws under the front one on each side at the fender and a couple under the grill that you have to take out this is crazy way to build a car

yeah, the whole bumper comes off but takes only a few mins with the right tools. While your in there, might as well change out the horns for something louder. Thats how I know about the lights.

I thought I had to get the headlights out to remove the facia.. but it turned out to be the otherway around.. the headlights never did come out (thank goodness, since they didn't actually need to).. I was replacing my lower grills.. Which, HOUSE, I'm betting you're doing? If "yes" then you needn't remove the headlights. You just need to be firm but carefull to get that tab out to remove the facia.
