i did this my self, it was simple and looks real good.

its about the same.
it does take a fraction of a second longer to change gears,but then again im no racer.


the **** itself is solid billit and feals nice and heavy and i thing helps make the shifting smother.
it was a great mod and works solid like it should

Right, if you're not on a track, that fraction of a second extra to shift is a non-issue. Of course, I made an even longer shifter (which a buddy of mine refers to as the school bush shifter).

I actually like having a long shifter-- it's really comfortable to drive with.

i agree.
im 6' 4" and the extra highth realy makes it alot more comfortable.
ive always thaught it was strange to have tall seats and shifter thats close to the floor.

you would be correct

its a 50/50 mix of water and gatorade i use for car shows.
it lights up better with the LEDs in the cup holders.
