hey guys my brother just suprise me with some monitor for my xb. it just came in yesterday ill post some pictures up tomorrow im so anxious to see how they look. just wanted to share...any opinion or experience with these practiular brand? i heard their big on ebay but read some reviews on them saying they're ok. im not looking for HD qualit or anything just something for the passenger in the back.

 

11 inch headrest? Man that is a huge peice of hardware behind your head. Don't you mean roof mount? I have not seen these.

that is unheard of..i got the 7 inch monitors from them that just came out...but 11 inch..highly doubt it, the 7 inch barley fit the headrest as it is...

 

why not an 11"monitor. ive seen 10" and even a 14" in a headrest, it was crazy huge

 

Yeah he must be getting new headrests or talking about the fold down screen which would be TINY!

highly doubt it...the 7' monitors i got were fromthat company and the brely fit the headrest...11 ' or bigger would be to bigh to fit inthe headrest.....but u never know ...

 

He is not going to fit them in the existing headrest he would replace the whole headrest

 

IMO that would look horrible. maybe I just have to see a pic with it done.

 

who says he is not replacing the whole headrest, because there is no way those would fit in the factory ones and there is someone with the 10" on here, i think its munky but dont hold me to it,

They will fit if he replaces the headrests thats what I have said since day one!

 

So after seeing that, I say e-gads that would be nasty.

 

for that price if the quality is half way decent ill get a pair

 

bump for the finish install. the driverside monitor has the option to display the main double din reciever and it has it's on dvd player and a ps2. so what do you guys think? overkill? also everyone im not a he...hint hint ...candee (xb) lol.

Dunno about you, but if the passenger is maybe two feet away does he really need a screen that big?

7 or 8 inches is more than enough without having to mess with everyone's visibility throughout the car.

 

so hows the quality? hows the fitment of the headrest? and is the head unit the same brand as the monitors?

 

quality is pretty good compare to the LCD. yea i guess 11inch is over kill but hey i didnt had a choice, my brother picked them out. the head unit was an XOvision.
