If you all remember my sad sad story link well here are some update pictures of my new box setup. I'm going to do all the install on the sub and the amp on Friday.

check out www.bcae1.com Look at the enclosure design helper or whatever it is called. I think it's around number #110 or so on the right hand side of the site. Just play with the mdf thickness and your dimensions and it will tell you the airspace, and what size to cut the pieces. Keep in mind what sub(s) you want to use. Then roll on down to home depot or lowe's and have the friendly person at the saw make all the cuts. I think first two cuts are free, $.25 for each add'l cut or something.
If I had some mesurments I can start spacing everything out in Autocad and work it on my computer before I cut any wood...
then, I plan to plot it at 1" to 1" scale which will let me use the printout as a cut guide...
Again I have never done anything like this before.... so its going to be a learning experance...
