To splice into the fuse box, you need an "add-a-fuse" which you can get at any stereo shop or Radio Shack.

k thanks i have one neon tube i wna put outside the car. i want it to flash just like the turn signals do when i press the unlock button. does anyone know which fuse it is in the fuse box? If i tap into the turn signals will the neon only turn on when my turn signal turns on?
