Default Pioneer iPod Interface Adapter for non 06 scions?

http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Pione...oductDetail.do

There is a link to a unit they may work with 05 and lower models (models without the iPod option built in.

This is from Pioneer....
"Tap into the power of portable digital music with the iPodŽ adapter. Start with any Pioneer headunit equipped with an IP-Bus connection and use the optional adapter CD-IB100 to link your iPod to your sound system for - literally - days of your favourite digital music. "

Will this work with any of the Scions? Since I don't know the model number of the Head Unit I can't tell if it's compatible. Let us know!!!

Thanks

-Rob

The head unit does not have an IP-Bus connection, so it won't work.

I was thinking about that part for my tC as well. But I got some feedback from other people on here and they say it sucked. I'm currently talking to a local dealership to get the 06 hu and connecters installed in my 05 tC. I'm supposed to talk to them again today, I'll report back with any info I get.

Damn I had better be careful, sometimes people take my sarcasm far too seriously.

ugh, it isn't hard to follow.

Your head unit does not have the required input to use that Pioneer adapter. End of story.
