Default PLEASE, help me.

okay, I didn't know where to post this. I tryed in the off topic but yeah, i couldn't.
but regardless, please don't scold me for trying to get help.

well here is what happened, my friend decided to put one of those cheap piece of s*** LED lights that plug in the cigarette lighter in my car, to try it out.

after about 30 seconds the plugin turned completely red hot, so i pulled it out as fast as i could, i'm guessing a fuse blew in it or something?

well now everytime i turn my car too ACC it makes a REALLY annoying " click click" noise. I popped the hood and tracked down the sound, it's coming from my fuse and relay box. Is this just a blown fuse in there? Everything still works fine so it's pretty much just a noise that makes me want to punch babies.

WTF IS THIS NOISE?!

I'm no expert, but I vote for a relay that is now blown. Does the cig lighter still work? Not sure on the wiring of the relays in the box, but that is my guess. But if everything is working, why mess with it. Maybe pick up a relay just in case. My wife's car had a bad relay and it would not start...new relay, no problem. Keep one on hand just in case.

yeah, cigarette lighter works, car starts, everything electrical inside the car works. I guess i'll just have to get a new relay box and see if that solves the noise.
