Does anyone know what is going on when you have this problem?

Almost every time when I get in my xB and start it up, it is on the station I left it for about 5 seconds. Then the station moves up one. For example, most of the time I leave it on 106.3, then when I get in, it is on that station then it goes to 106.5 by itself.



My dealer has never heard of that one!

yeh- you have a defective radio, covered by a toyota service bulletin... search for radio glitch thread...

i work for the state---in my assigned '03 corolla, it happened over a two week period earlier this year(changing frequency/going up) --a few minutes after starting up the vehicle...then it never came back... strange

Thanks Tomas! I called the dealer and told them about the TSB. They still have it anyway since the body shop is fixing all the damage I got from the construction truck on the interstate.
