Default reccomendations for cathode install

can anyone give me some instruction on how to install cathodes under the car and in the engine bay? i want to install 4 12" cathodes in the engine bay. 2 on the upper sides, 1 on the upper grill, and 1 on the lower grill. plus, under the car, 2 12" in the rear, 2 on each of the sides and 2 up front. any help would be much appriciated. :D

Hey Extroardinaire, he was asking about under the car, not in it.

The only thing I can think of is that you want to make sure the inverters don't get water in them. That would probably short your entire lighting system. I'm going to try to put 4 12" bars under the front lip this weekend, I'll let you know how it goes.

i had a total of 6 under hood until today when i washed my box. the inverter was wet and shorted out. it did not short out the other lights only the ones connected to that inverter. will replace tomorrow. i could here it sizzle so i knew i had screwed up. but it is possible to mount under car etc if you mount inverter away from the elements. in my case its gonna be hard b/c i mounted behind the bumper so i will have to take it off tomorrow and replace inverter.
