Remove and replace gas tank hatch thing door whatever...

Can anyone tell me how the heck you remove the gas tank door hatch thing? They aren't screws... I'm not sure what they are. Anyway... any help? Thanks.

they are most likely rivitted in. If so, you have to drill them out and then put new rivits in to replace it.
