Default Removing rear speaker panel in tc

Has anyone replaced their stock rear speakers?

if so, how do I go about removing the rear panel to access them?

I have so far figured out that I must remove a small portion of the door weatherstripping and un-clip the upper half of the panel.

But I seem to be stuck at this point.

yea i must have removed mine a few times. Start by taking the floor trim panel by where your feet pass over when you enter the car. Next pull up the back seat. Its only held in by 2 hooks which are right under the front of the seat. Once you get the seat out you will see 2 blacks clips, 1 on each side right where you pulled the seat up. Now next is to take the 2 grocery hooks off by turning them 90 degrees and using a flathead screwdriver to push them out. Next just pull the panel off. Its pretty easy. Pull it outwards in the front and when you get toawrds the rear pull it forwards toward the front of the car.
